Guided by the Government of Canada, Travel Industry Council of Ontario, and Ottawa Public Health guidelines, we have implemented several measures to protect you and our staff.

Ottawa Bike Tours Health and Safety Measures
What we are doing to keep you safe
- Meet us outside our store, maintaining a 2-meter distance to try out and get fitted for your bike and equipment, fill out your waiver form, and prepare for your bike tour.
- Our bikes and equipment are cleaned and disinfected with high-quality and approved medical-grade disinfectant cleaner after every use.
- Your tour size is limited to a maximum of 10 guests for safe distancing.
- The physical distancing of 1-2 bike or a 2-meter distance apart is practiced before, during your tour, and stops for sightseeing and after your tour.
- This distance is both safe and comfortable to enjoy your outdoor biking and sightseeing experience.
- Your guide and our staff wear masks for the entire duration of your tour and experience with us, and have their temperature taken before their shift.
- Your guide’s health status is regularly checked to ensure they are free of symptoms and have not been exposed to anyone with symptoms or who has tested positive.
- You will be supplied with hand sanitizer for your tour.
What we are asking you to do to help us
- For everyone’s safety, we recommend wearing masks while participating in our tours. If you don’t have a mask, we have disposable masks available for purchase.
