Maria was quick to respond by email and over the phone – I asked her a bunch of questions and changed our booking time (she was super friendly). The scooters were fully charged and worked well for the two full hours. We received a quick tutorial on how to use them and the instructor made sure to sanitize the scooter before we set off. I found the experience to be smooth and the Sparks location is great to access downtown routes. It makes more economic sense to hire them for hours over paying per km.
