Take a leisurely bike ride to see Ottawa’s must-see spots and hidden gems in only 3-3.5 hours, with 95% of the route on bicycle paths.
Bicycling along the canal pathway, you will hear the history of the canal, followed by a short detour visit to Lansdowne park and the Glebe (neighborhood).
Cycling alongside the Rideau Canal, you will see the spectacular Arboretum, Dow’s Lake and trendy Little Italy. Heading back alongside the beautiful Ottawa River bike path you will enjoy the view at Chaudiere Falls. We will then pass by the War Museum and cross into the province of Quebec to enjoy another spectacular downtown view from the Museum of History terrace.
Crossing back into Ontario through the scenic Alexandria bridge you will see the National Gallery of Canada, Rideau Hall, Rideau Falls, Byward Market, and Parliament Hill.
